Rules and Operations

  • Professionalism and respect are mandatory. Zero tolerance for:

    - Threatening behavior

    - Profanity directed at others

    - Aggressive or abusive conduct

    - Weapons on facility property

    - Signs of drug or alcohol use

  • 1. Referees & Site Directors manage game‑level issues

    2. Leadership Team reviews unresolved concerns

    3. Commissioner’s ruling is final

  • Timing:

    - Two 20‑minute halves (NFHS rules)

    - Running clock except final 2 minutes

    - Shot clock: 24 seconds (14 on offensive rebound)

    - Two timeouts per half (one may carry over)

    - One overtime period with one timeout

    - Halftime: 5 minutes

    Fouls & Sportsmanship:

    - Five personal fouls = disqualification

    - Technical fouls accumulate season‑long

    - 1st tech: warning + personal foul

    - 2nd tech: ejection + 1‑game suspension

    - 3rd tech: suspension for season

    - No fighting — automatic season termination

    - Drug/alcohol signs = ineligible for that game

    Uniforms & Equipment:

    - Matching jerseys with visible numbers

    - No jewelry except soft religious accessories

    - Knee braces must be padded

  • - Players may appear in league media

    - Must follow facility rules

    - Must maintain cleanliness

    - League may modify rules with notice
