Eligibility & Requirements

  • Must be age 50+ (two exceptions age 45–49 allowed)

  • Must sign waiver acknowledging injury risk

  • Must follow facility rules and maintain cleanliness

Roster Rules

  • Coaches submit rosters for pre‑season qualification

  • Rosters lock after two games — no exceptions

  • Teams must have at least four roster‑qualified players at tipoff

  • Falling below four players (non‑injury) = immediate forfeit
